The purpose of the consultancy is to work with a new Global Management Group to: 1) identify individual leadership philosophies and current team dynamics; 2) coach the group to identify effective ways of working together; 3) discuss priorities on how to develop the new strategy, deal with change management, decision making and communication.
The successful candidate will be working closely with designated staff of Malaria Consortium.
