1. The Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) has received financing from the
African Development Fund, hereinafter called the Bank, toward the cost of the Drought
Resilience and Sustainable Livelihoods Programme in the Horn of Africa, Project II (DRSLP
II). Save the Children International, as an Implementing Agency (IA), intends to apply part of
the proceeds of the project toward payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery,
Installation and Commissioning of Hybrid Power System (2) for Two Boreholes in
Ainaba District in Somaliland – Gawsa-weyne village (1) and Kaarto-habreed Village (1).
2. Save the Children International, Hargeisa Office now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders
for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Hybrid Power System (2) for
Two Boreholes in Ainaba District in Somaliland – Gawsa-weyne village (1) and Kaartohabreed Village (1).
