GOAL USA seeks an experienced Regional Early Warning and Response System (EWRS) Consultant for MOMENTUM Integrated Health Resilience (MIHR), a global health project awarded to IMA World Health and its consortium, of which GOAL USA is a member.

- Duration of each consultancy contract: Total 60 days
- Location: Primarily remote based, on occasion travel to some of GOAL countries
- Anticipated Geographic Areas of Focus: Africa
