Human Appeal invites you to tender to become a preferred supplier for Provision of vocational training toolkits in Kirkuk, Diyala, and Anbar-Iraq This tender pack has been specifically created to provide you with all the information required to understand Human appeal requirements, and complete a response to the tender.

Scope of Work

  1. All of the items are for a humanitarian initiative in Kirkuk Al-Zab), Diyala-Baqubah, Anbar-Anah and Fallujah governorate, Iraq, which will be funded by UNDP.
  2. Item delivery will take place in three distinct areas (Kirkuk, Diyala, and Anbar governorate in Iraq), and Human Appeal will share the delivery schedule with the successful Vendor.
  3. The tools will be delivered to the 85 graduates BNFs from the human appeal training courses.
  4. The tools will be provided directly to the beneficiaries in the form of packages in the places mentioned above.
  5. All Supplier’s with legal registration either in Kurdistan or Iraq region are eligible to apply, suppliers without official registration will be neglect.
  6. Successful Suppliers’ will be informed within via email.

How to Apply:

  • All offers, in English language only, and Completed tender document must be send to email address:   IQRPA00323.tender@humanappeal.org.ukand hard copy (Sealed and enclosed envelop) must hand delivered to Human appeal office, Erbil, Dream City, Building 1159, no later than 5:00 PM 02 –Jan-2024. Late bids will be rejected
  • Please include in the subject line of your email (RPA-003-23-IQ Tender), and any email without a topic title will be ignored
  • The offered prices shall be quoted in IQD only – Local Currency.
  • Tender’s pricing offer shall be valid and open for acceptance for 30 days following the tender submission deadline without revisions.
