Supply and Service Specification:
GOAL invites prospective suppliers to submit bids for the establishment of one or multiple Framework Agreements for the supply of Core Relief Items to GOAL programme offices in Sanliurfa, Gaziantep, Hatay, Antakya, and Mersin in Turkey. The bidders are invited to bid for one, several, or all lots.
