Tearfund is seeking to enter into framework agreements with a number of Suppliers for provision of Hotels, Accommodation and Conferencing facilities in Nairobi, Kenya. Tearfund cannot guarantee any minimum spend that might take place during the course of the agreement.
This tender is split into 4 lots:
Lot 1: Hotel & Conferencing Facilities within 15 minutes drive from Tearfund office at Jumia Place, Lenana road.
Lot 2: Hotel & Conferencing Facilities outside the city (for example, Mombasa road, Athi River, Kitengela)
Lot 3: Hotels next to the Airport / 10 minutes drive from the Airport for Transit passengers.
Lot 4: Budget Hotels & Conferencing Facilities, which are 20-30 minutes drive from the office around and along Karen neighbourhood.
The deadline for submission of tenders is Tuesday 5th April at 16:00 (Kenya time).
