Service Specification: GOAL invites prospective contractors with proven experience and technical capabilities to submit technical proposals for LOT 1 Solar Power Implementation Works in Idleb and/or LOT 2 Solar Power Implementation Works in North Aleppo, the two GOAL areas of operation.
