With funding from institutional donors and as part of the implementation of its development and emergency programs in Burundi, Concern seeks to prequalify service providers to support the implementation of its outreach activities in Burundi. The general objective of this service is to support Concern’s ambition to sustainably improve access to quality information, community empowerment and local capacity building in Concern’s priority areas of intervention in Burundi. Specifically, the aim is to develop a comprehensive methodology for supporting vulnerable populations in the use of offline tools, focusing on the priority areas identified by Concern.
