INVITATION FOR SUBMISSION OF EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR SUPPLIER REGISTRATION LEADING TO FORMULATION OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENTS

Save the Children wishes to invite suppliers to submit expressions of interest for possible registration as suppliers in the following categories listed below: –
CATEGORY 1: Provision of accommodation and conference facilities in the following locations
- Copperbelt Province in Kitwe, Ndola, Lufwanyama and Kalulushi
- Western Province in Kaoma, Mongu, Kalabo, Sioma and Shangombo
- Eastern Province in Katete, Petauke, Chadiza, Vubwi, Lundazi and Chipata
- Lusaka Province
CATEGORY 2: Provision of outside catering services in the listed locations
- Copperbelt Province in Kitwe, Ndola, Lufwanyama and Kalulushi
- Western Province in Kaoma, Mongu, Kalabo, Sioma and Shangombo
- Eastern Province in Katete, Petauke, Chadiza, Vubwi, Lundazi and Chipata
CATEGORY 3: Provision of Vehicle Hire & Taxi services in the listed locations
- Copperbelt Province in Kitwe, Ndola, Lufwanyama and Kalulushi
- Western Province in Kaoma, Mongu, Kalabo, Sioma and Shangombo
- Eastern Province in Katete, Petauke, Chadiza, Vubwi, Lundazi and Chipata
CATEGORY 4: Provision of stationery in the listed locations
- Copperbelt Province in Kitwe, Ndola, Lufwanyama and Kalulushi
- Western Province in Kaoma, Mongu, Kalabo, Sioma and Shangombo
- Eastern Province in Katete, Petauke, Chadiza, Vubwi, Lundazi and Chipata
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- Company profile with a copy of Certificate of Incorporation
- Copy of valid Tax Clearance Certificate
- Physical and official email address
- Acceptance of Save the Children International terms and conditions
- Demonstrated evidence/proof to have supplied similar products or services
- Three (3) business client referees within the past five years
- Include detailed quotations for categories 1& 3.
- Include recommended menu and a detailed quotation for category 2
- Valid Zambia Public Procurement Authority (ZPPA) certificate
- Copy of latest three months’ bank statement
APPLICATIONS CONDITIONS
- Current suppliers in these categories should re-apply
- All applications should clearly indicate the categories and locations were the services will be provided.
- Only electronic submissions will be accepted
- Applications should be submitted to: procurement@savethechildren.org
The deadline for submission of the Expressions of Interest is Friday 8th July 2022 at midnight GMT. Expressions of Interests submitted after the stated closing time and date will not be accepted.
